The Rancho Bernardo Education Center is located at 11111 Rancho Bernardo Rd., San Diego, CA 92127
Register before the July 11th deadline. There are two registration rates:
1) $130 in-person, includes 2 boxed lunches
2) $70 virtual, per team. All full-attendee sessions (opening session, debriefs, closing session) will be streamed live with our immersive Meeting Owl Pro 360 degree camera via Zoom and will have an in-room facilitator to support interactivity among the speakers, in-room attendees, and virtual participants. When sessions are scheduled concurrently, only one session will be streamed via Zoom and virtual participants will not have access to the other sessions.

Monday, July 18th: 9:00am - 4:00pm (Note the later start time on Monday only to provide flexibility with morning traffic/flights)

The Hilton Garden Inn and the Courtyard by Marriott are both located 1.7 miles from the conference site. Make your reservations early - we expect rooms to fill quickly with Comic-Con in San Diego starting July 20th, and these hotels expect Comic-Con reservations to sell out their rooms by June 1st.
Two boxed lunches from Panera Bread are included with your registration, and include a sandwich or salad, side, and dessert. Lunch will be on-site so attendees can maximize networking time with each other. In early July each registrant will receive a lunch order form to select their preferred lunch items.
Optional: Attend the San Diego Padres vs. Arizona Diamondbacks baseball game on Sunday, July 17th at 1:10pm. This is an optional social event for anyone who wants to hang out and have some fun with like-minded affiliate leaders the day before the conference, so plan your travel accordingly. No reservations, just meet at 12:45pm at the Box Office window at 100 Park Boulevard, San Diego, CA 92101. We will buy tickets together to ensure that we all sit in the same section. Tickets, parking, food, and any other costs associated with this game are not included with the conference registration and are the responsibility of each individual.
