Read these directions and then select the link for registration. There are multiple pages to begin the registration process.
PAGE 1: On the first page enter "guest_ps" as the account name and enter "guest" as the password (see the screen picture to the right). PAGE 2: Special directions if you are already a member of CMC. Enter your zip, UNDERSCORE, and your member number (up to 5 digits but no leading zeroes). If you are or were a member then your name should appear in red. Make corrections as needed. Members of CMC can find the membership number on the address label of the CMC Communicator. If you are not sure if you are a member or you cannot find your member number you may contact Mike Contino, CMC Executive Secretary, at ExecSect@cmc-math.org |

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PURCHASE ORDERS:
If you are planning to pay using a Purchase Order you must have the P.O. Number prior to registering. You will be asked to enter the P.O. number during the registration process. You will also be asked to provide the name of the purchase order contact person at your site or district, the contact person's e-mail address and the contact person's work phone. If you do not know the name of this person, you may enter the name of your principal or supervisor and contact information.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All but $70 of the registration fee is refundable if requested in writing by October 25, 2013. Meal tickets and Affiliate Dues are not refundable.
