Room Setup and Capacities
Room capacities are strictly enforced for safety and in compliance with Fire Marshall codes. Please help the volunteers on the Meeting Rooms committee by limiting the number of participants to the number of chairs (no additional chairs may be brought in). Thank you.
Download the 64-page conference booklet in pdf form. Includes the title, description, time and location for all sessions. The program booklet is available to download. You can access the online program anytime.
The guidelines for reimbursement were described in the instructions for the speaker proposal form. Your "Request for Reimbursement" form will be included in your speaker packet that you will pick up in the registration area when you arrive on Friday, November 6, or Saturday, November 7, 2015. All requests for reimbursement must be submitted by December 15, 2015, to the CMC-South Treasurer, Tina Shinsato.
Speaker Registration Materials
Your registration materials and badge will be included with your speaker packet. If you did not pre-register then you may need to go through the pre-registration line at the conference. The conference registration fee after October 19 is your speaker or co-speaker discount of $ will be subtracted and you will need to submit payment for the balance. If you have a pre-approved co-speaker then make sure that person is also pre-registered.
Upload your powerpoints
Submit your PowerPoints and/or handouts to be uploaded and made available to all conference attendees. You can submit up to 3 documents or you can provide a link to your own website.
Conference 2016 Speaker Proposals
The dates have changed for our 2014 Conference. The new dates are October 24-25, 2014. The location is still Palm Springs. If you would like to submit a proposal to speak then check this website on March 1, 2014.
